He is thought to be one of the greatest tight ends to ever play, and is currently the NFL's most efficient tight end when it comes to receiving yards and receptions by tight ends. Gonzalez is third in receptions total. Gonzalez was drafted in the 1st round by the Kansas City Chiefs. He was part of their first 12-season with the team. In the five seasons that followed, he was with the Atlanta Falcons. Gonzalez quit in 2013 and has been a football analyst at NFL on Prime Video. He was previously employed by CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Gonzalez also received six first-team All-Pro honors. The player is known for his strength and a rare fumble, Gonzalez appeared in 270 of 272 games during the regular season and lost just two fumbles in 1,327 plays. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame In the year the year 2019.
